We had an amazing stay at a beautiful and comfortable hotel in Banos. The family who runs the hotel treated us like family, making us feel warm and cared for. The room was perfectly comfortable, with a great shower and a balcony that offered a fine view of the town and waterfall. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the location was convenient for exploring the town and visiting the hot springs. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Banos.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and juices. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with clean towels every day and a super clean room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and all the attractions.

The breakfast was a delicious spread with yummy coffee and refreshing juice. the location was perfect being just a few blocks away from all the main attractions without the noise. it felt very safe and secure. Room were clean and had all the necessary amenities.
There were a few negative aspects during the stay. Some staff members were not as friendly as expected.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the bustling activity, yet it manages to create a peaceful and serene ambiance with its well-maintained plants and beautiful building. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and breakfast is like a dream come true. the rooms are airy and spacious with plenty of clean towels and hot water.
The walls are paper-thin and you can hear every little sound from the neighboring rooms.
